MOQ depends on the order type. Ready-stock wholesale and logo printing start from 30 pcs per style, with mixed sizes allowed. Fully custom styles (fabric, colour and pattern made to order) start from 500 pcs per style; orders below that carry a small-order surcharge of approximately 25%, or you can combine styles and colours to reach the minimum.
The sampling fee is CNY 500 per style, covering fabric, embroidery or print setup, and sewing. It is 100% deducted from your bulk order once the bulk order is confirmed.
Ready-stock orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Custom orders take 7-15 days after sample approval and deposit. For the back-to-school season we recommend confirming orders at least 45 days before term starts.
We operate under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. Our fabrics are tested to China national textile standards GB 18401 and GB 31701 Class B. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV or TUV are available on request.

Embroidery (MOQ 30 pcs) gives a premium 3D finish and is best for left-chest logos. Screen print (MOQ 30 pcs) is the lowest cost at volume and handles full-color artwork. Woven labels (MOQ 30 pcs) are crisp and wash-resistant for collars and badges. Many schools combine all three.
Most school uniform sets use 240-320gsm tricot knit or polyester-cotton blends, selected for breathability, color fastness and shrink resistance. Fabric composition and test reports are provided with every quotation.
Yes. We grade patterns to your regional size charts and supply full measurement specs. We recommend sending a size set or body measurements before bulk production; sample sizing service is available.

For new overseas clients: 30% TT deposit and 70% balance against the copy of the bill of lading. We do not offer open account (OA) terms for first orders.
No. Garments with customized logos, embroidery or prints are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. To avoid issues we provide pre-production samples and batch photos for approval before shipment.
