- Receive factory quotation within 12 hours
- Confirm pre-production sample (≈7 days, fee refundable)
- Pay 30% deposit → mass production with in-line QC
- Final AQL inspection → 70% balance against copy of B/L
- Shipment from Xiamen / Shenzhen port
Product FAQ
What is the MOQ — can I order below 500 pcs?
Ready-stock and logo-printed orders start from 30 pcs per style. For fully custom styles the minimum is 500 pcs per style; below that a small-order surcharge of about 25% applies, or you can combine several styles to reach the total quantity.
Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed freely within one style. For colors, each color counts toward the MOQ per style.
Which logo methods do you support?
Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer and woven labels. Vector artwork (AI/PDF) gives the best result.
Do you provide size charts?
Yes. Standard Asian and Middle East size charts are available, and we can produce custom grading for your market.
Are customized products returnable?
Customized items with logos are non-returnable. Any quality defect is replaced or compensated after photo/video evidence.
What is the payment method?
30% T/T deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. L/C at sight available for qualified orders.
